Felts/Non-Wovens

PES FELTS/NON-WOVENS: Polyester Felts and Nonwovens with density between 20-30 kg/m3. Durable shape with good sound absorption values. Fire performance in standards FMVSS 302, ECE-R118, EN 45545-2 (more available on demand).
COTTON FELTS/NON-WOVENS: Felts and Nonwovens made of recycled cotton fibers with density between 20-30 kg/m3. Moderate shape with moderate sound absorption values. Fire performance in standards FMVSS 302, ECE-R118 (more available on demand).
PHENOLIC FELTS: Felts bonded with Phenolic resin with density between 20-30 kg/m3. Highly Thermoformable to any 3D shape and design. Excellent Temperature resistance with very good sound absorption values. Fire performance in standards FMVSS 302, ECE-R118 (more available on demand).
NEEDLE PUNCHED FELTS/NON-WOVENS: Mechanically strong Felts and Nonwovens made of PES or glass fibers with a rigid structure 3-7 mm thickness that has very good thermal resistance and fire performance.
Available versions:
ALG: Laminated with an aluminum surface layer, enables impermeability to oil, water and fuels. Very good thermal-acoustic insulation.
NW: Laminated with a non-woven surface layer. Mechanically strong surface provides improved tear resistance while enabling repellency to oil and water.
PU/PES: Laminated with a PU/PES film toplayer providing a better insulation in lower frequencies while sealing the foam surface preventing oil and water penetration. Easy to clean and wash. Provides a shiny or matt surface visual.
HYDRO: Prevents oil and water penetration without any top layer needed, thanks to Hydrophobic chemicals added to the foam itself.

Production possibilities: Lamination with toplayers and Self adhesives, 2D cut pieces accr. to drawings, 3D Thermoforming, Sheets in requested thicknesses.
