PE Foam

Chemically/physically cross-linked or non-cross-linked closed cell Polyethylene Foam with density 25-35 kg/m3. PE foams with moderate sound insulation properties have almost no water absorption enabling them to be used in places where humidity is a problem. Cross-linked PE foam have good durability with strong and light structure that can be used as packaging material providing protection for heavy and valuable assets as well as sound insulation for interior walls and roofs for busses, minibuses. Fire performance of PE foams are in standards FMVSS 302, ECE-R118 (more available on demand).

WHISPER PE FOAM: Very special Semi closed cell PE foam that offers effective sound-insulation and sound-absorption in high and low temperatures. High mechanical stability with good resistance against humidity and UV light (Whisper UV) making this foam also to be used in outdoor environments under different weather conditions. Very good fire performance in standards FMVSS 302, ECE-R118, EN 45545-2, EN 13501-1, ASTM E84 (more available on demand).
Available versions:
ALG: Laminated with an aluminum surface layer, enables impermeability to oil, water and fuels. Very good thermal-acoustic insulation.

Production possibilities: Lamination with toplayers and Self adhesives, 3D and 2D cut pieces accr. to drawings, Egg shape-Pyramid-Embossed profiles, Sheets in requested thicknesses.
